1 can of Tuna in brine
natural yogurt
2 tablespoons of cottage cheese
teaspoon of mustard
dried or fresh chili (optional)

Great ti eat with a salad, oat bran bread, galletes or as it is.

Dukan bread

8 table spoons of Oat bran

2 tablespoons of fromage frais ore natural yogurt low fat
Optional 1 tablespoon of low fat cream cheese
2 eggs whites made into peaks
Pinch salt
herbs
2 table spoons of splender or sugar substitute

mix all ingredients together then fold in the whites and bake for 15 mins or until done

Oat bran flour chop in a hand blender or with a liquidizer attachment

 Dukan friendly fish cake (healthy lifestyle ideas)

White fish
1 Chili
Oat bran or oat bran flour (check my channel for oat bran flour)
1 egg
thai seasoning
1 taespoon of curry powder
pinch of herbs, pepper and salt.

Food process or use a liquidizer attachment

Form into small patti cakes /burgers

coat in the oat bran

back for 10-15 mins until one on gas mark 5 

 Lemon diet/dukan friendly cheesecake recipe

2 eggs separated whisk whites
8 heaped tablespoons cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of low at natural yogurt
4 tablespoons of sweeter
pinch salt
1/2 small lemon and zest
4 tablespoons of custard
1 tablespoon cornflour

Blend everything with a hand blend apart from egg whites

Ad whites to the mix
Bake for 10-15 mins take out when set do not let it get too brown.

Chill for 4 hours

My chart updated

I just redone my Dukan chart with my new weight of 13 stone the reason was because I felt my goal wait was too low and maybe not realistic I set it to 11 stone anything lower I reach is a bonus….

I am still pm p&v day but I wanted to look at 11 stone rather than 10.8 stone if I get lower that 11stone I of course will be even more happy.

My thoughts today 25th of Jan 2012

I am thankful for seeing the light, never doubt what the lord shows you in the light and the dark.
Everything in life happens for a reason, if there was no bad how would you know what was good?
If there were no tears how could you truly appreciate a smile, happiness?
I choose not to dwell on the past but to enter my future.
I choose not to ask why? But to understand god has a plan for me.

Dukan diet cruise phase day 6

Weight: 183.2lbs

Breakfast: Two eggs and two chicken sausages
Lunch: eggs beef sausages, oatbran pancake
Dinner: Oatbran porridge , tuna and cottage cheese mix
Snack: Total 0% greek yogurt

I made lovey tuna mix and ate it with my oatbran savory pancake

This can be eaten on its own or with Dukan bread, pancakes or salad.

Recipe

Tin tuna
cottage cheese
spring onion
natural fat free greek yogurt
chilli (optional)
herbs
salt
pepper

Mix these together to your liking.

Today p&p breakfast (cruise phase day 5)

This morning I just had to share my breakfast from my iphone….
Good start today galette pancakes with a twist.

1 and a half Table spoon of non fat fromage frais.
1 and a half spoonfuls of oat bran.
1 egg
1 tablespoon of low fat cheddar
Pinch of herbs
Pinch of salt and black pepper
Mix fry on each side for 1 and a half mins

Yum I had mine with a cheese omelette on a protein only day but with cooked tomato and mushrooms or sausages even better…

Krispie treats oh dear oh dear

Krispie treats oh dear oh dear why oh why must a lovely time making krispie treats with the kiddies turn in to a taste then a square or two.

I have not done to well with discipline this week at all have I?

Well today I had to weigh and check phew my weight is the same 184lbs today I start 5 days of p&p..

Yesterday I did turbo jam fat blast and I worked up a sweat feel good for it I will try and commit to a work out 5 days a week and walking 5 days a week.

Work out dvd, gym, exercise class, walking, weights, stepper,yoga, wii fitness games and Pilates.

Hi all,

So yes I reached cruz phase but as I entered this stage I realized that I had hit a brick wall.

As the diet and book would suggest the 1st week of cruz phase can lead to no weight shift or a slight weight gain.

Well I did not gain but I have not lost anything in 4 days and I am real ticked off about it ;0(

Well patience I guess hang in there but as we took the children out shopping we ended up grabbing a take away due to time..
I was being so good until I smelled the chips with vinegar I thought one will not hurt.
OK one more oh dear I ate a saucer full and felt so guilty.

I woke and weighed phew I was at my same weight did not lose but did not gain.

I have now decided rather than doing p+p and p+v days 1 on 1 as I had started doing.

I will do the 5 days P+P days and  P+V 5 days this should get me better results and I prefer it as I start that today and in away it is like a attack week now which should clear off my naughty eating of the week. I will finish the next few days as a p&v day as I bought a few veggies then from Tuesday p&p starts for 5 days..

Also how will I avoided naughty eating when out and hungry this is so hard before I carried fruit but now??
I may have no choice but to buy some protein bars.

Oh I also bought a Lateral thigh trainer for those moments in front of the TV much better than my stepper was love it.
